Through this toolkit, TERRE Liban seeks to promote the concept of Democratic Eco Municipalities in Lebanon, which emphasizes the collaboration between citizens, non-governmental organizations, and municipal councils in tackling environmental issues within their communities, ultimately transforming their towns into environmentally participatory municipalities.
This toolkit is part of the Democratic Eco Municipalities project, funded by the Porticus Foundation and implemented by the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in partnership with TERRE Liban (TL)
